I’m going to go ahead and admit that my scalp is easy to get dry which ultimately leads to itchiness and dandruff... no fun at all!  I love using hair masks on my hair and decided that their had to be a solution in mask form for this particular problem.  I found aloe vera to be the key ingredient in my search for a solution to dry scalp and dandruff.  I combined a few of my other favorite ingredients in with the aloe vera and came up with a highly effective remedy.  So if your hair has the winter blues (or even the summer dryness) then whip this easy recipe up for some instant relief!

Combine all ingredients listed into the glass dropper bottle and shake to mix all ingredients well.  Once ingredients are mixed begin to divide your hair into sections, drop mixture along parted hair line directly onto the scalp and massage into place (you may want to do this over the sink or bathtub as it may drip down some).  Once this is done then make a new section and part until you have used to entirety of the bottle.  Also, be sure to apply some of the mixture along your hair/ear line and at the nape of your neck.  Once all material is used comb your hair to evenly disperse the ingredients throughout your scalp and head.

Once your hair is combed through I would recommend putting your hair up and wearing some sort of headband or hair wrap to avoid having the oily mixture staying in contact with your forehead and neck/upper back.  You may even want to wash your face afterwards if you are prone to breakouts.  Now that you have applied the mask leave it in place for at least 2 hours, preferably overnight, and wash your hair like you normally would once you are ready to remove the mask!  You should find your hair feeling a bit softer and certainly less dryness, itchiness, and dandruff along your scalp.  Reuse this mask treatment as often as needed for healthy hair and scalp!  Hope you all enjoy!
