Petit Vour Beauty Subscription Box: November 2019

With 2020 just moving right along, I am trying to get moving with it but the cold that never ends caught up with me! Seriously, I have never been quite that sick in a looong time, and three weeks later, I am finally getting back into my groove. But such is life, right!? To get caught up with all of my beauty box reviews, I am getting it started today with posting my review from November… yeah that was a while ago wasn’t it!? Nonetheless, there are definitely some great products to share so here I go!

Josephine Cosmetics Eye Define Natural Waterproof Graphic Eyeliner

You guys, I am so not one to wear eye makeup so anytime I get an eyeliner to try out, I do so but then it sits unused for the most part after my review. Well, let me tell you… this one has not! What I love about this eyeliner is that it is so easy to apply, it glides on easily just as a liquid eyeliner does, but it dries and stays put without smearing. With it being so easy to apply, I have used it at least a dozen times and that is saying something for me LOL! Now I certainly am not one to create crazy detailed cat eye looks or anything like that, but if you are way more adventurous than me, I would highly recommend you try this product out to create amazing looks! Bottom Line: Precise eyeliner that stay put and comes in 6 shades.

Cost: $25

Leahlani Bless Beauty Balm

Now, to my favorite product in the box, this one is amazing! The smell alone has me hooked, but the way my skin feels after applying will definitely lead me to repurchasing! This balm goes on silky smooth, is highly moisturizing, but not totally greasy (although it is a tad oily TBH). Due to it being a little oily, I apply this as a night “cream” and when I wake up in the morning my skin still smells amazing, but is also soft beyond words! The scent is orange blossom and blue tansy so it is a wonderfully relaxing pre bedtime experience! Bottom Line: A face balm that delivers top notch moisture to the skin and smells heavenly, best used for those with dry skin.

Cost: $54 for 30 mL

Lavido Mandarin Aromatic Body Lotion

While this lotion did not necessarily blow me away by any means, it definitely smelled nice and left my skin very soft. The consistency was good, not runny at all but not as heavy as a body butter. The ingredients include both shea butter and Vitamin E which means your skin is getting both deeply moisturized and protected. The scents of mandarin, orange, and bergamot are uplifting without being too powerful. The lotion also absorbs into the skin well so you are not left with an oily or sticky feeling afterwards which is certainly nice. Bottom Line: Great medium weight lotion but may not be enough for very dry skin.

Cost: $19 for 4.05 Fl Oz

Juice Beauty Green Apple Peel Sensitive Exfoliating Mask

The first time I used this product I was not really expecting much. I have never been too impressed by the items in this line so I was not necessarily feeling like this one was going to do it for me. I applied the mask and got no tingling sensation so I was for sure that it would not do much for my skin. After waiting 15 minutes and washing it away, I must say that I was very pleasantly surprised. My skin was much brighter and softer and the product did not make it sensitive at all. Since that time I have used it 3 more times before date nights and special events and I truly feel like it brightens up my complexion and makes a big difference in the way my skin looks. I am unsure of if I will purchase the full size bottle just because I do not know that I truly need it, but I will say that I think the price is reasonable based on the results that I saw for myself. Bottom Line: A nice product for gentle exfoliation of sensitive skin.

Cost: $48 for 2 Fl Oz

I hope you all enjoyed this review. I am going to hopefully get to posting my December box soon… and there is one product in particular that I CAN NOT WAIT to share with you all!!
